Patna is an ancient city on the south bank of the Ganges River in Bihar, India. As state capital, it’s home to Bihar Museum, a contemporary landmark exhibiting bronze sculptures and old coins from the region. There are numerous places fo visit in Patna such as Takht Sri Patna Sahib is the birthplace of the tenth Guru of the Sikhs, Gobind Singh and one of the Five Takhts of Sikhism. There are five other Gurdwaras in Patna which are related to different and worth visiting such as Gurdwara Pahila Bara Gurdwara Gobind Ghat,Gurdwara Guru ka Bagh,Gurdwara Bal Leela,Gurdwara Handi Sahib and Prakash Punj. Padri Ki Haveli, High Court, Golghar, Sultan Palace and Secretariat Building are examples of British architecture.

Gandhi Maidan is a historic ground in Patna where several freedom movement rallies took place. Nealy built Buddha Smriti Park near Patna Junction are also major tourist attraction. Tourist can visit Patna Planetarium or Indira Gandhi Planetarium in Patna’s Indira Gandhi Science Complex, one of the largest planetariums in Asia.
