After Breakfast Proceed to Full Day City Walking Tour of Istanbul. Blue Mosque. Please make sure you check out the vast courtyard on the northwest side of the complex. It has the beautiful fountain. The interior of the mosque is covered in around 20000 blue tiles. They are filled with 262 windows creating an alluring explosion of the colour. Aya Sofia Then let your eyes be mesmerized by the dim medieval lighting dramatic black and gold interior and around almost 1500 years of interesting history of the Aya Sofia. It has blend of elements i.e. Islamic Orthodox and Catholic Origins. It has compelling golden mosaics couple with a riot of domes and minarets that focus on the central dome. Hippodrome This is the place where the Romans enjoyed their chariot races. Going further down look for the three main Roman era monuments here i.e. Obelisk of Theodosius Serpentine columns and Constantine Obelisk. Grand Bazaar This is the largest local Market in Istanbul You can roam around the Grand Bazaar for an hour and see the surprises. Take a break for lunch at Grand Bazaar. Topkapi Palace This is the Palace where the Ottoman Sultans were residing. Rustem Pasa Mosque It was designed by an Ottoman Imperial architect and was built in 1561.It has a mix of cobalt Blue Turquoise Tiles Pale Purple and Sage Green Tiles
